Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear, transparent guidelines regarding seat reservations and rescheduling.

1. Strict 10-Seat Capacity Policy

Because all our masterclasses are strictly capped at 10 seats per cohort to maintain an intimate, 1-on-1 mentorship environment and because venue catering is booked in advance, reserved seats cannot be refunded within 7 days of the scheduled event date.

2. Rescheduling to a Future Cohort

If you are unable to attend due to an unforeseen emergency, you may request to transfer your pass to the next upcoming cohort by contacting our support team at least 48 hours prior to the workshop.

3. Organizer Cancellation / Rescheduling

In the rare event that a workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizers, attendees will be offered a 100% full refund or priority booking for the rescheduled date.
